Will Funko Pops be shipped with a pop protector?
Yes! Your Funko Pops will be shipped out inside a soft pop protector and will have packing material inside to box to minimize the risk of damage.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to drop your packages off to the courier within three business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is placed. Orders are shipped using Economy Shipping and will range depending on the location. Tracking information (if applicable) will be provided to the customer once the item has been dropped off to the courier. Pop Pursuit currently only ships to Canada and the United States.
Why are shipping costs so high?
Unfortunately we're at the whim of the Canadian Postal System and the cheapest option for shipping in Canada that includes tracking costs a minimum of $15 even if it's just a bubble mailer envelope.
For our budget-conscious customers, Pop Pursuit offers an economy shipping option using bubble mailers for Trading Card singles. Please note that this option does not include tracking and is designed for lower-cost items. Choosing this shipping method means that the package will not be traceable once it leaves our premises. While this option is more cost-effective, please be aware that it comes with certain risks. Pop Pursuit cannot be held accountable for any packages lost or damaged in transit when shipped via bubble mailer without tracking.
Our Recommendation: We care about your collectibles and your experience. Therefore, we recommend selecting our tracked shipping options for higher-cost items. This provides peace of mind through the ability to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep and ensures accountability with the courier service.
If an order contains an in-stock item and a preorder item when will the order ship?
Your order will ship out together when all the items are in, and a confirmation will be sent to your email.
If your order can’t be fulfilled, what happens?
If your order can not be fulfilled you will be issued a full refund, and an email will be sent to you informing why your order cannot be completed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order but only within the first 24 hours of placing the order and before a shipping label has been created, where you will incur a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a cancellation, send an email to Contact@poppursuit.ca with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line and your order number.
If 24 hours has passed since placing the order or your package has already been shipped out, the order cannot be cancelled and no refunds are accepted.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Currently, all items sold by Pop Pursuit are considered final sale and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges after 24 hours have passed. Due to the nature of the products we sell (Funko Pops that can be opened and re-closed, Mystery Boxes have unknown contents, booster packs risk being opened and resealed), it is impossible for us to confirm that the product is still the same as what we sold.
We are not accountable for items damaged or lost during transit. Items shipped with trackable methods are generally insured by our couriers for up to $100 and items shipped through an untracked bubble mailer have no tracking and once we drop it off with the courier we have no additional information about it, so use at your own risk.
