Shipping Policy and Customer Care
At Pop Pursuit, we take great care to ensure your treasured collectibles are packed with the utmost care and delivered to the courier in perfect condition. We partner with reliable shipping services to offer you a smooth delivery experience. We aim to drop off your packages with a courier within three (3) business days (Monday-Friday) of placing your order. 

Transfer of Responsibility: Once items leave our facility and are in the hands of the courier, they become subject to the courier's terms and conditions. Should any issues occur during shipping, such as damage or loss, we encourage you to reach out to us. We will assist you with the necessary steps for you to file a claim with the courier but the responsibility remains with the courier. 

Bubble Mailer Shipping:

For Trading Card Singles, Pop Pursuit offers an economy shipping option using bubble mailers. Please note that this option does not include tracking and is designed for lower-cost items. Choosing this shipping method means that the package will not be traceable once it leaves our premises. While this option is more cost-effective, please be aware that it comes with certain risks as once it is dropped off to the courier we do not have any information about the package.

Our Recommendation: We care about your collectibles and your experience. Therefore, we recommend selecting our tracked shipping options for higher-cost items. This provides peace of mind through the ability to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep and ensures accountability with the courier service.

By opting for the bubble mailer shipping method, customers acknowledge and accept the risk that there is no tracking available and that Pop Pursuit is released from liability for any lost or damaged items during shipping.
